Returns Policy and Important Information
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive from us, you may return it within 20 days of your purchase date for a replacement or exchange as long as the vinyl has not been cut apart or applied to any surface. It must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange. Because your item is made specially for you (according to your color selections) we do not offer refunds. However, if you would like to exchange your item for something else we will happily do this. For all returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for further instruction.
If you wish to make a return, you must contact us prior to returning your order. Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
If an item is returned to us in used or unsatisfactory condition, no exchange or replacement will be issued.
Returns and Exchanges Exception: CUSTOM orders or personalized items (such as name decal, monogram initial decals, or custom quote decals) cannot be returned because these items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold to someone else - so please double check spelling, color selections, and any other specifications when placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after submitting your order, just e-mail us and we will make the adjustment so you get your order exactly how you want it!
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be eligible for refund. In the case of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (something that is outside of our control).
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For this reason, we recommend you consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
In the rare event that your vinyl wall art is damaged during application, it would not be eligible for an exchange but we will offer you a replacement piece at a reduced cost.
Each vinyl wall art order is supplied with a small practice piece. We recommend applying this practice piece to your surface before applying the piece you have purchased.
Please make sure to measure your space prior to placing your order to check for proper size of the decal. If you need a custom size, just send us an email at LewasDesigns@gmail.com.
Because each computer monitor displays colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the colors will match what you see on your screen. If you are trying to match a specific color, we recommend ordering color sample prior to placing your order.
Because there are many types of surfaces and paint considerations onto which your vinyl decal may be applied, we cannot guarantee the vinyl decal will stick to your space. If you have textured walls, high gloss painted surfaces, cracked or peeling paint, and have never applied vinyl art before, we recommend ordering a color sample before making a purchase.
The professional materials we use to create our vinyl artwork is approved as interior safe. Apply at your own risk. Lewa's Designs shall not be held liable in the event that any damage is caused during application or removal.
